Rebar Straightening

Rebar Straightening

Overview

Rebar straightening is the process of taking bent or coiled steel reinforcing bars (rebars) and mechanically realigning them into straight lengths suitable for use in reinforced concrete construction. This process improves workflow efficiency and ensures uniform, high-quality reinforcing bars ready for cutting, bending, tying, or placing into formwork.

FEATURES
  • Convenient to Use: Safe operation with accurate bending angles, high working efficiency, and a movable design for easy site use.
  • Simple Operation: Can be operated by a single person; no special training required.
  • Wide Angle Adjustment: Bending angle can be pre-set from 0° to 360° by adjusting the position of the pin on the working plate.
